Why is it that at a 5 line TOLL BOOTH, they charge $2.50 to $3.00, and the toll booth to the most right is open, but the other 4 are marked [X-red]? Why can’t it be opened so people can go through? It’s creating a LONG LINE OF CARS, and wasting time.
